How client works

Post your project and get instant quotes.

We make it simple to turn your ideas into finished projects. Here’s how the process works from start to finish:

  • Register

Create your free account in just a few clicks. Complete the registration process and you’ll be able to post projects and connect with verified vendors securely.

  • Post your project

Upload your files or describe your idea. The more details you include (materials, dimensions, quantity), the better your quotes will be.

  • Receive instant quotes

We match you with skilled manufacturers and fabricators. You’ll see multiple quotes with pricing, lead times, and vendor feedback.

  • Accept an offer & wait for completion

Compare your options, choose the vendor that fits best, and approve the offer. Your funds are held securely until the work is complete.

  • Bring it to life

Work directly with your chosen partner. When you confirm the project is complete, payment is released to the vendor.

How vendors respond

Vendors review your project and send instant quotes. They may ask clarifying questions so they can be as accurate as possible. You compare and choose who to work with.

Managing quotes

When reviewing offers, look at:

  • Price and lead time

  • Vendor profile (experience, reviews, past projects)

  • Value beyond cost — sometimes the best fit isn’t the cheapest

After you choose a vendor

  • Funds are securely held until project completion

  • Vendor starts work once you approve

  • Payment is released only after you confirm the job is done

Tips for a successful collaboration

Share your idea, upload your files, and connect directly with verified manufacturers and fabricators ready to bring it to life.

What to include in your project post

The more details you give, the better your quotes will be. When posting a project, be sure to include:

  • Materials — what it should be made of (e.g., aluminum, plastic, steel)

  • Quantities — one part, a small batch, or full production

  • Timeline — when you need it completed

  • Reference files — sketches, images, or CAD files (optional but very helpful)

Tips for a successful collaboration

  • File upload field: “Attach drawings, images, or CAD files (optional)”

  • Project title field: “Give your project a clear, short name”

  • Description field: “Tell us what you’re building and any important details”

  • Submit button: “Get My Quotes” (instead of “Submit”)

  • Empty state message: “No vendors found yet — try adjusting your search filters.”
