Verified users

Every user on U-Fab goes through a simple verification process before they can fully use the platform:

Clients provide ID and account details, which are reviewed by our team before they can post projects.
Vendors provide business information and go through a manual review before they can bid on projects.

This ensures that everyone you connect with on U-Fab is a real, trusted professional.

Payments & security

Your funds are protected. All project payments are held safely using Stripe, our secure payment partner, and are only released once both the client and vendor confirm the project is complete.

Funds remain on hold until the work is confirmed.
If a project is canceled before completion, refund rules may apply.
Vendors are paid only after the client approves completion.
